Join me for this exciting and transformative workshop series focused on building greater resiliency and happiness! Over the course of six weeks, you will gather the knowledge and tools necessary to move from living a life of passivity to designing a life that feels inspiring and purposeful. Each week of the workshop will introduce a new concept of exploration: self-leadership, habit change, shifting mindset, goal setting and uncovering values and strengths. The workshop will culminate in a final session where you will learn how to bring these skills together to keep moving yourself forward.

This workshop series allows ample space for conversation, questions, and reflection so that week over week, you remain engaged and leave each session feeling empowered and excited for what’s next.
