I’m a Certified Positive Psychology Coach but I’m also a woman, just like you, who understands how disorienting change can feel, especially in midlife. I know what it’s like to reach a point where everything looks fine on the outside, but something inside you is quietly asking for more.
Through my own midlife journey, I learned how powerful it can be to pause, refocus and realign. That experience inspired me to help other women to do the same. I believe that every woman holds an extraordinary amount of resilience within her. My role as your coach is to help you access that inner strength and shift from simply getting through change, to truly embracing it.
